1.1. The website of Yeshurun Synagogue (hereinafter: “the Website”) is operated by the Yeshurun Synagogue Association (hereinafter: “the Association” or “the Website Management”). 1.2. Use of the Website, its contents, and the services it offers constitutes your agreement to the terms detailed in these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, in whole or in part, you must refrain from using the Website. 1.3. The Website Management reserves the right to update the Terms and Conditions from time to time, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
2.1. The Website provides information on prayer times, Torah classes, community events, and institutional news. 2.2. The Website enables donations, membership fee payments, and registration for events or meals through a secure payment system.
3.1. Donations or payments on the Website shall be made using a valid credit card or other payment method approved by the Website Management. 3.2. Upon completion of a donation, a confirmation will be sent to the user by email. 3.3. Cancellation Policy: In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 1981, a donation/transaction may be cancelled within 14 days of the date it was made, provided it has not yet been utilized (e.g., the event has not yet taken place). Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Association’s offices. 3.4. The Association is a recognized institution for the purpose of donations under Section 46 of the Income Tax Ordinance (subject to the validity of the relevant approval). Receipts will be sent to donors according to the details entered.
4.1. The Website Management respects user privacy. Personal details provided (name, phone, email) will be used for the purpose for which they were given and will not be transferred to any third party, except to payment processing companies or pursuant to a court order. 4.2. The Website is secured using SSL protocol. The Website Management does not store credit card details on its servers. 4.3. The user agrees that the Association may send updates and newsletters regarding synagogue activities (the user may unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time).
5.1. All rights to the content appearing on the Website, including texts, images, class recordings, logo, and design, are reserved exclusively to Yeshurun Synagogue. 5.2. It is prohibited to copy, distribute, or make commercial use of Website content without obtaining explicit written approval from the Website Management.
6.1. The information on the Website is provided “as-is.” The Website Management invests considerable effort in the accuracy of details (such as prayer times), but is not responsible for disruptions or errors that occurred in good faith. 6.2. The Association shall not bear responsibility for any indirect or direct damages caused to a user as a result of reliance on the information on the Website or as a result of technical malfunctions in accessing the Website.
7.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction over all matters related to these Terms and Conditions shall be vested in the competent courts of the Jerusalem District.
